We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Baker to join our morning baking team!
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday mornings
- No weekends required
Position Summary
The Assistant Baker supports the Lead Baker in daily cake production and organization while helping maintain the high standards our guests expect. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in producing quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Baker with daily cake production
- Flip, label, and organize cakes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper cake storage and inventory organization
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Keep workstations, equipment, and bakery areas clean and organized
- Support a smooth and efficient baking process in a fast-paced environment
- Help ensure every cake meets quality and presentation standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Food service or bakery experience preferred, but not required
